Beach ambassadors are set to return to the beaches in Saugeen Shores this summer.
Town Council gave provisional approval on Tuesday to bring the program back for a second consecutive year.
The program sees staff monitor the beaches on weekends.
The staff were supporting social distancing on area beaches last year, this year they are focusing on by-law awareness.
In a news release, Chief Building Official John Planz says the Town’s approach is to inform people about the by-laws before resorting to enforcement.
The program will run between June 11th and Labour Day (September 5th).
