Break and Enter Suspect Facing 28 Charges

A 47 year old is facing 28 charges after a break and enter on a farm property.

On June 18th at around 7pm, Huron County OPP were called about about the break and enter when an individual was seen in a barn by a property owner on Bayfield Road in Central Huron.

The suspect arrived on motorcycle and tried to flee through the farm field but got stuck in the mud. Officers arrived and arrested the suspect who was charged with a list of offences.

The 47 year old of Zorra Township has been charged with Break and Enter, Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Under $5000, Possession of Methamphetamine and 13 counts of Operation While Prohibited.

The accused was held for bail and then remanded into custody.
