The Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation has received a large amount of support from Brown’s Guardian Pharmacy.

The South Bruce Grey Health Centre and the Hospital Foundation say Brown’s came in with significant commitment towards the replacement of an ultrasound machine at the Walkerton site, using daily by around 2000 patients per year.

Diagnostic Imaging manager Trevor Filsinger and ultrasound sonographer Connie McAskill say the new machine was desperately needed as the older model was badly outdated.
