Bruce County announced they will be celebrating Child Care Workers and Early Childhood Educators on Thursday as part of their appreciation day on Thursday, October 21st.
Director of Human Services Christine MacDonald says that their valuable contributions ECE and Child Care Workers make every day in our communities is truly remarkable and is so deserving of recognition.
Bruce County’s Children Services staff members will also be providing child care operators with a professional development session that will feature a celebration meal to share while engaging in team building exercises.
Warden for Bruce County Janice Jackson adds that these hard working individuals and teams have been integral in keeping our region operating through these challenging times by supporting families and industries, nurturing our youngest residents and making a positive impact on our communities.
