Bruce County Council lifts State of Emergency Order as of Today

Order has been in place in Bruce County since March of 2020.

Bruce County Warden Janice Jackson today officially lifted the Pandemic State of Emergency Order for Bruce County. The order was originally declared in March of 2020.

Of the lifting Warden Jackson says that they are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of the citizens in the region. She encourages everyone to continuing to follow recommended health measures like avoiding crowds, washing hands, maintaining physical distancing, wearing a mask and getting vaccinated.

Bruce County asks all residents and businesses to follow the health measures laid out under the Province’s Roadmap to Reopen Plan.
