Freezing rain foretasted over the day has resulted in Bruce County issuing a significant weather event.
A freezing rain orange warning remains in effect across the area with several hours of freezing rain expected for the day with ice accretion of 5-10mm likely with 15mm possible and easterly winds gusting up to 60km an hour.
The county is urging caution when traveling on County roads as it may take longer than usual to bring road conditions back to a state of repair.
