Bruce County is holding a Public Meeting on Thursday morning to discuss the possible implementation of Development Charges to the area.
The charges assist in financing capital projects required to meet the increased need for services resulting from growth & development.
They would be only used for the purpose for which they are collected including paramedic services, roadways & bridges, parks & trails and long-term care.
The Public Meeting is Thursday, September 7th at 9:30 am at Council Chambers at 30 Park Street in Walkerton.
