Bruce County said in a press release today that they are pleased to launch the first phase of the new Affordable Housing Toolkit aimed at developers.
The “Affordable Housing 101” guide is filled with foundational information and resources highlighting the context for the creation of affordable housing in Bruce County and it’s local municipalities. It has step-by-step guides, tools and other resources to support development projects.
Three more toolkits are planned to be launched in future updates. They will be tailored to developers of multi-residential buildings, low to medium density housing and those looking to intensify their properties.
