Bruce County Children’s Services partners with Fanshaw & Georgian College on ECE Bursaries

There will be 20 available with each eligible student possible to receive up to a maximum of $4,000, which would cover approximately half of their tuition costs over the two year ECE diploma program.

Bruce County Children’s Services say they have partnered with Fanshaw College and Georgian College to provide a total of $80,000 in Bruce County Early Childhood Education Bursaries to eligible students.

The initiative is in effort to retain and recruit a high-quality child care and early years workforce and is supported by the August 2021 Early Childhood Workforce Funding Agreement by the Provincial and Federal Governments.

There will be 20 bursaries available who meet identified criteria with each eligible student possible to receive up to a maximum of $4,000, which would cover approximately half of their tuition costs over the two year ECE diploma program.
