Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound MPP Bill Walker announced that hospitals in the Region will receive additional operating funding this fiscla year.
Grey Bruce Health Services will receive an additional $3.7 million, an increase of 2.4%. Hanover & District Hospital will receive an additional $300,000, an increase of 2.4% and South Bruce Grey Health Centre will receive an additional $700,000, an increase of 2%.
Walker says that throguhout the Covid-19 pandemic, the local hospitals have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care of patients and families in Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound.
