Huron County has received a $1 million donation towards the development of the Gibbons Street Affordable Housing Project in Goderich.
The pledge from Bruce Power will play a key role in advancing the County’s efforts to address the growing demand for affordable housing in the region.
The County is taking measures to address the current housing crisis and develop affordable housing units.
Huron County Warden Glen McNeil says Bruce Power’s support not only recognizes the innovative nature of the project but also the power of collaboration between the private sector and local government in effecting positive change in the community.
