Bruce Power has put forward $10,000 to support wildfire relief efforts through the Canadian Red Cross.
Given the intensity of wildfires this season Bruce Power says they have seen how fires can impact communities and how the air pollution can quickly spread across Canada and the US as more than 17,000 people have been evacuated in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
John Peevers, Bruce Power’s Director of Community, Media Relations and Economic Development says Bruce Power is proud to make this donation and help ensure the communities and people affected can get the assistance they need.
