For a 14th straight year, Bruce Power has been named as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People.
Bruce Power was given the honour from an editorial competition organized by the Canada’s Top 100 Employers Project and announced in the Globe and Mail.
The company was recognized for their online and in house training programs, employee resource and affinity groups as well as development student programs for work experience.
Bruce Power Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Karen Smith says young people play a crucial role in Bruce Power’s culture of excellence and brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive success.
