Kincardine has completed its agreement with Windsor Private Capital for the acquisition of Bruce Telecom in a friendly acquisition bid.
Bruce Telecom provides the communities of Kincardine, Chesley, Paisley, Port Elgin, Tiverton, Owen Sound, Southampton and other surrounding areas with a range of home and business tech plans including internet, TV, mobile and home phone.
All parties have completed the due diligence process since entering an agreement to purchase in October 2023.
