South Bruce OPP have laid charges on a bus driver who twice was on a closed road.
On Monday at around 10:30pm, OPP stopped a coach bus for driving and getting stuck on Highway 21 which was closed due to poor weather with the driver charged.
On Tuesday at 7:30am, police received calls from bus passengers as the driver was again on Highway 21 which was still closed.
Police located the bus in Tiverton with the driver once again charged with driving on a closed highway.
OPP say when drivers ignore road closure signs and get stuck, plows are impeded on cleaning up the roadway and that your insurance may not cover your damages.
