The closure of Centennial Pool in the Town of Saugeen Shores starts today and runs until March 19th.

The reason for the closure is to replace the ceilings in the changeroom.

The Bluewater District School Board made the decision in consultation with the Town as the changerooms and pool lobby are part of Saugeen District Senior School, while the pool itself is Town property.

Winter programs sessions are set to resume following the closure on Monday, March 20th.

The Town has offered up a list of alternative programming for kids to take part in during March Break as a result of the closure.

They are available below.
