CFUW Scholarship Applications Open

The Saugeen Shores Chamber of Commerce is reminding residents of the Canadian Federation of University Women Southpart Scholarship now available for applications.

The scholarship supports women’s education with $1000 and is open to all women who are looking to pursue higher education.

Requirements include the applicant must be a woman in Bruce County or Saugeen First Nation, be 19 years or older and have proof of acceptance to a post secondary program.

A candidate must also write a 500 word essay detailing their aspirations and reasons for applying.

The deadline is June 28^th.
