South Bruce OPP have laid charges in a fatal crash in Carrick Township.
Police responded to the scene on Bruce County Road 28 and Bruce County Road 6 on November 24th at around 7:30pm.
The crashed resulted in a fatality with police investigating the scene with the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team and the Coroners office.
A 39 year old of Saugeen Shores has been charged with Dangerous Operation Causing Death, Impaired Operation Causing Death and Dangerous Operation Causing Bodily Harm.
The accused has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
