The Canadian Mental Health Association of Grey-Bruce is holding a bbq to kick off Mental Health Awareness Week next month.
Running on May 6th from 1-4pm the staff and management from Playtime Casino in Hanover will be holding the Act for Change BBQ which will include information booths from CMHA, a silent auction and more.
Admission for the bbq will be by donation which last year saw over $3300 raised to support community funded programs by CMHA Grey Bruce.
Don Vail Communications and Fund Development Manager for CMHA Grey Bruce says the event is an invitation to the community to learn, engage and contribute to meaningful change.
