The Community Foundation of Bruce-Grey has announced the 61 recipients of their Spring Community Grants.
Over $128,000 has been dished out to cover a wide range of groups and charities to address many aspects of community well being.
Projects included food security, affordable housing, literacy and education ,music, arts and culture as well as community health.
Executive Director Stuart Reid says the creativity and commitment of area charities and non profits bodes well for resiliency and adaptability in Grey Bruce even during challenging times.
The next wave of grant applications is due on September 15th.
