North Huron council is looking into the idea of having office space for the OPP in Wingham at the fire hall.
Currently the police have office space out of FE Madill Secondary but are looking to move on from the space and be more linked into the community.
Council discussed the idea of using space at the fire hall as it seems like a more preferred spot.
No final decision was reached by council and the matter will return at a future meeting.
