3 suspected overdoses have been reported, leading to an alert by Grey Bruce Public Health.
The overdoses took place between June 15th and 16th in Owen Sound and Chatsworth.
The suspected substance was fentanyl in 2 cases and unknown in the other.
Public health is encouraging those who use drugs to have naloxone on hand always have a sober friend with them who can administer naloxone and call 911 in the event of an overdose.
Naloxone remains available at pharmacies and participating community partners.
