The emergency department at the Clinton Public Hospital will see a reduction in hours over the course of the weekend.
Due to health human resource shortages the ED will be closed at 8pm tonight, return to regular hours of service from 8am-8pm on Sunday and then close on Monday and reopen at 8am on July 1st.
Anyone needing immediate medical attention is asked to call 911 with paramedics remaining available, re-routing to the nearest open emergency department.
