During Kathy’s time at the home she has been actively involved in Resident Council and has ensured that residents have a collective voice on the quality of life in the home. 

Kathy’s amazing leadership and support has helped Resident Council provide advice and recommendations to the home regarding what residents would like to see done to improve care and well-being.
