November 28th marks Giving Tuesday and everyone is encouraged to find ways to give back to their community.
Leslie Motors has taken on the challenge from McDonagh Insurance Brokers to support the Wingham Hospital Foundation for Giving Tuesday who will match all donations made to the hospital today up to $10,000.
Cole Leslie says especially during the winter, support for the hospital to get vital pieces of equipment is key to save everyone from long trips.
“With the weather its nice being able to keep people here local with their health needs and being able to get all the equipment at these small town hospitals is a big need for sure.” Leslie
The dealership in Wingham tomorrow from 10am-2pm will continue to accept donations with extras such as a raffle prizes and treats for all donours as well as their tribute tree for those who make a donation able to do so for a special person in their life.
While originally planned to celebrate at the dealership today, given the poor weather and more expected snow the decision was made to move over to Wednesday.
