The Huron County Chamber spread the word today of a great fundraiser planned for International Women’s Day on Tuesday, March 8th.

Local business Cait’s Cafe, located on the Square in Goderich, will be donating 100% of their drip coffee & loose leaf tea sales that day to the Huron Women’s Shelter.

Co-Owner of the Cafe, Spencer Vail, says that giving back is just part of their business.

“One of the sort of three pillars of what we do with the restaurant is give back to the community. It’s right in our logo. We are founded by a strong, independent woman, and we would like to give back to the women who need help in our community.”

The fundraiser for the Huron Women’s Shelter is this coming Tuesday with all money from drip coffee and loose leaf tea being donated to the cause.
