The real estate market continued its slowdown in September, as the REALTORS® Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound reported their lowest level of sales for the month in 22 years.
Only 190 units were sold last month, down 41.4% from last year and 34% below their five-year average.
The composite benchmark price for homes was $578,000 up 6% over September of last year. New listings were also up 12%.
