The Grey Bruce Labour Council has released a statement recently through Bruce Vice President Dave Trumble on the Million March 4 Children that occurred yesterday.
The Council says that just like in the past of movements like the Freedom Convoy, Buck a Beer, and such the notion of Parental Rights is being used in the same way with hate and intolerance on the agenda hidden behind the jingles.
They add that this agenda is responsible for anywhere between 40 and 70 percent of homeless youth.
All because of what they call repugnance of gross prejudice is more important than embracing children for who they are.
The Grey Bruce Labour Council says they remain committed to standing with victims and to continuing their decade-long allyship with organizations such as Pride.
