Grey Bruce OPP have charged a youth following an investigation into the recording and sharing of sexually explicit content.
Police began the investigation on February 8th into the sharing of explicit images of a youth by another youth.
As a result they have arrested a 13-year-old youth, whose identity is protected under the Youth Criminal justice act, and charged them with possession, publishing and distributing child porn.
The accused was released and is set for an Owen Sound court at a later date to answer to the charges. Police encourage parents to be aware of their children’s online activities.
