The Grey Bruce OPP have charged the suspect involved in a stolen all-terrain vehicle and it has been located.
On Sunday evening around 7:02 pm officers responded to a call for someone sleeping on an ATV in Georgian Bluffs.
The investigation revealed it was stolen out of Perth County.
As a result a 34-year-old from Chatsworth Township has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, obstructing an officer, refusal to comply with a demand, multiple of failure to comply with a release order and operation while prohibited.
They have been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
