Grey County is getting a boost to the tune of $182,000 for emergency shelter space and affordable housing.

This comes from a $75.5 million investment from the province to address these issues to provide vulnerable Ontarians with short term and long term housing alternatives to encampments.

Service managers and program administrators who receive funding being required to report back to the province on the number of people moved from encampments into the new accommodations.
