Grey County has been named one of the Smart21 Communities in 2023 by the Intelligent Community Forum.
The annual competition recognizes communities who embrace technology to realize economic, social and cultural growth.
Intelligent Community nominees are evaluated on six indicators, broadband, knowledge workforce, innovation, digital equality, sustainability and advocacy.
Grey County Director of Economic Development, Savanna Myers says being named in the Top21 isn’t just an achievement for Grey County but an achievement for all people, businesses and volunteers who are committed to making the region a more prosperous place.
