The ground has broken in Walkerton for Saugeen Hospice.
Council officials across the area gathered for the ceremony which marks an important step for bringing compassionate end of life care closer to families across the region.
The groundbreaking ceremony held last week marked the future home for the hospice, reflecting years of community leadership, partnership, generosity and a shared commitment to ensuring residents and their loved ones have access to the care and support they need and close to the communities they call home.
