4 people have been arrested by Hanover Police in a plot to kidnap a woman.
On October 5th at 2am, police responded to a report of prowlers at a home on 14th Avenue with police determining several men were seen in the backyard of the residence armed with weapons.
During an attempted traffic stop the vehicle did not stop by was boxed in with suspects arrested at gunpoint.
A search found two sawed off shot guns, a full length shotgun and a folding .22 caliber single shot pistol.
Officers also located fentanyl, cocaine and cash.
Investigation believed the men were at the home looking for a former girlfriend of one of the suspects and remove her from the home.
3 men were arrested at the scene and on October 6th another man arrested who all were all remanded into custody.
