Home sales was down massively across the area last month when compared to the same time last year.
The Realtors Association of Grey-Bruce-Owen Sound says home sales totaled 197 units last month, down 12.1 per cent from March 2023.
Home sales were 21.6 per cent below the five year average for the month of march.
The benchmark price of a home was set at $561,100 up slightly by 2 per cent on a year over year basis for March with the average price of a home going for $630,325 a small gain of 1.8 per cent from March 2023.
