Home sales were down in February when comparing to numbers a year ago across Grey-Bruce-Owen Sound.
The realtors association says while sales were at 148 for the month, a drop of 5.7 per cent from the same time last year, there was a wide range of new listings for the first time in over a decade.
New home listings were up 19.3 per cent with 352 last month.
The benchmark price of a home across the region was $548,100 with the dollar value of home sales last month being $91.7 million a drop of 8.1 per cent from the same time in February 2023.
