Some good news following an incident at the Clinton Raceway from over the weekend.
The Raceway says during the post parade of Race 3 on Sunday, Read the Proposal had collided with Where to Buddy Boy who was preparing on the track for Race 6 with both horses sustaining cuts.
Both horses left the track where it’s said both will make a full recovery.
Both drivers in the crash were sore but said in good condition with only Dan Clement being under observation.
The Raceway has sent their thanks to track personnel and the veterinary team for their response and care from this incident.
