The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance announced on Monday that in partnership with the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University they were welcoming 30 high school students to their Stratford General Hospital site this week as part of Discovery Healthcare Camp.
The camp is a one-week medical science summer camp for students through Southwestern Ontario.
Its purpose is to mentor and inspire interest in pursuing a career in medicine and the health care field.
HPHA thanked their team members who are mentoring and inspiring the campers this week.
