Huron County Celebrating National AccessAbility Week

Huron County is marking National AccessAbility Week by giving their praise to the Huron County Accessibility Advisory Committee and the work they do to make the county more accessible.

This year, National AccessAbility Week is taking on the theme Forward Together and Inclusion for All, something which aligns with the mission and dedication of the advisory committee.

Last year the HCAAC reached a series of milestones including 12 site reviews to assess accessibility and recommend improvements, honour businesses, groups and individuals during the Huron County Accessibility Awards and deliver educational campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness about accessibility.
