Huron County Council to hear on Findings of Nuclear Sector Sustainability at Meeting Sept. 20th

Council is also set to hear from Julie Sawchuk of Sawchuk Accessible Solution on Simplifying Accessibility at Virtual Meeting.

The County of Huron advised that its County Council Meeting scheduled for tomorrow at 9am will now be a fully virtual meeting due to technical issues.

In the meeting Council is set to hear from the Nuclear Innovation Institute and Director of Policy & Partnership Chad Richards.

He will provide Council with an overview of key findings from the recent Nuclear Sector Sustainability & Growth Study as relating to the nuclear sector in Bruce, Grey & Huron Counties.

Council is also set to hear from Julie Sawchuk of Sawchuk Accessible Solution on Simplifying Accessibility which will outline how to go beyond the Ontario Building Code with accessibility in renovations & new construction projects.
