Huron County is looking to the public to help fill its boards and committees.
Applications are being accepted for the Huron County Accessibility Advisory Committee, Huron County Library Board and Huron County Audit Committee.
All positions are volunteer based with some small honorarium and reimbursement of eligible expenses.
Meetings are held in person, virtually or in a hybrid format based on the board or committee.
Huron Clerk, Susan Cronin says these boards and committees provide an important opportunity for residents to bring their experience, knowledge and perspectives to the work of the County.
