Applications are now open across Huron County for the Summer Company Program.
The summer company is aimed for students aged 15-29 who want to start and run their own small business over the summer.
With support from the County, eligible applicants can receive $3000 in start up funding and take part in business training and mentorship.
Tricia Denomme, Business Advisor with t he Huron Business Centre says whether you’re starting a hobby or a problem you want to solve, they will help you build a clear plan, understand numbers and feel supported.
Up to 12 students will be eligible to launch their own company with applications due by May 15th.
