Huron East to undergo Hydrant Flushing through the Area Beginning October 2nd

The Municipality of Huron East are set to undertake hydrant flushing over the next couple months in Vanastra & Brucefield, Brussel, and Seaforth & Egmondville.

It begins in Vanastra & Brucefield October 2^nd to 6^th.

It then moves to Brucefield October 9^th to 13^th and 16^th to 20^th.

It then finishes in Seaforth & Egmondville October 23^rd to 27^th, October 30^th to November 3^rd and November 6^th to 10^th.

You may experience low water pressure and brownish water as a result of the flushing.

It will return to normal within a short time, as soon as they have finished in your area.

They ask to run your cold water taps until the brownish colour is gone and the water runs clear.
