The Municipality of Huron East are set to undertake hydrant flushing over the next couple months in Vanastra & Brucefield, Brussel, and Seaforth & Egmondville.
It begins in Vanastra & Brucefield October 2nd to 6th.
It then moves to Brucefield October 9th to 13th and 16th to 20th.
It then finishes in Seaforth & Egmondville October 23rd to 27th, October 30th to November 3rd and November 6th to 10th.
You may experience low water pressure and brownish water as a result of the flushing.
It will return to normal within a short time, as soon as they have finished in your area.
They ask to run your cold water taps until the brownish colour is gone and the water runs clear.
