The Township of Huron-Kinloss Council has announced Bill Klingenberg will be joining Township staff in the role of Manager of Building and Planning Services and Chief Building Official as of May 15th.
Klingenberg brings more than 16 years’ experience as a Building Official, CBO and Director.
Overall, he has more than 20 years in the municipal sector and 35 years in the construction industry.
Klingenberg said in the announcement that he is excited to work with Council and the Township as their Chief Building Official and added that Building and Planning has been part of his career on both the provide and public side of the table.
