Residents are invited out to attend an info session on Huron-Kinloss’ Hazard Mapping.
The goal of the meeting is to strengthen community resilience and safety with an initiative seeking to enhance the understanding of flood risks and explore some mitigation strategies.
Floodplain mapping plays a crucial role in guiding decisions related to safeguarding people and properties from natural hazards.
The first session will be held on November 27th from 5-8pm at the Point Clark Community Centre.
