The Huron Perth and Area Ontario Health Team is looking to hear from the public.
The health team has launched a new online community engagement platform designed for residents, patients, caregivers and families for them to share what matters most about local healthcare.
Input taken will help shape the health teams next strategic plan and set for the years ahead.
Feedback will identify local access barriers, shape practical community based solutions and a chance to contribute to a healthcare system design within Huron, Perth and Area which reflects the region.
