Huron County’s Warden is happy that the Province is doing something that will increase the supply of homes in the region.
Glen McNeil says the proposed More Homes for Everyone act would enable all types of housing to be built including affordable and attainable housing.
McNeil says the provincial government is listening to municipalities and are actually putting in initiatives in place to address housing needs.
The bill which is being tabled in the legislature would propose smart, targeted policies that address the process to get housing built faster and more easily while protecting home buyers, owners and renters.
