Bruce County has named Ian Hanney as the newest Director of Human Services.
Ian joins the county from his previous role as the Manager of Homelessness Prevention and Social Planning with Lambon County, bringing nearly a decade of leadership and a collaborative approach to developing solutions for the community.
Ian has served on multiple committees including Community Safety and Well-Being Steering, Drug and Alcohol Strategy Steering and Housing and Homelessness Advisory Committee.
Warden Luke Charbonneau says Ian’s experience and leadership will help them continue to build new relationships and foster innovative solutions for delivering human services to the community.
