Saugeen Shores Police have charged a 31 year old who spotted a vehicle involved in an incident earlier this month.
On March 11th at around 10:40pm, police on patrol spotted the vehicle in question which was part of an incident back on March 6th.
Police stopped the driver and later determined he was impaired.
A breath sample turned a fail who was brought in further tests where it was found the man was 3.5 times the legal limit.
The 31 year old of Port Elgin was charged, given a licence suspension and vehicle impounded.
